I have a small animal avitar that the AO puts me into ground, when I wear it, I need to adjust the Z postion on avatar appearance.. usally raising me to proper height ..I hope you find help..

I have a large section of Mainland (kuttara), there is a very small parcel that says it is owned by a Deen Noel..that avatar is not available in search for SL, and I surround 3 sides of this tiny plot,how do I get Linden to release it to me? For almost 2 years I have sent note cards to people that never come to the land.. hoping they will sell.. Can Linden just free this land up for me? Its only 256 sqm..and supports 58 prims.. I have 39040+ sqm that surround this on 3 sides..
