I am having the same issue, the thing is my sister and friends have no problem from my laptop, so I know its not a computer issue, but something with my account. If you figure out what your issue is, please share so maybe I can try whatever helps you get back on. I will do the same, if I figure out why and it might be something for you to try as well... I already submitted a support tkt to LL, just waiting on a reply.

Hi, not sure if I am in the right place since my problem is not with the Second Life website at all, its with accessing Second life. I typically use Firestorm, but I downloaded the Second Life official viewer thinking it might be a viewer issue, but the same thing happened. In all incidents, I am not getting any error messages, my account just keeps crashing the minute it finishes loading in-world. I go through the login process and then it just closes. I thought it was a laptop issue, but I had my sister and some friends log in from my laptop and they have no problem accessing their accounts and staying on. I checked my email and the SL website and I don't see any messages about me violating any terms of services, which I haven't. So, I don't understand what is the problem. I also checked the wiki and all the other links that are suggested for help when encountering problems, but they all refer to different types of error messages and I am not getting any.
