There's an LSL function that clears ban lists, as used by "security orbs" for example. There are 4objects deeded to the landgroup which is my group as I own the land. The list has been there and always fine up till a few days ago when it was suddenly empty. The ban list on the estate/region box is fine, that is still populated, it's only the parcel ones which have gone.
  2. The ban list on the main parcel of my homestead sim has been emptied (it had 30 names on it so well within the max allowed). Has anyone heard of a possible bug that might do this?

Something silly like accidentally having a bunch of stuff selected using "Hide Selected" in order to find the object intended to be returned... or some analogous mix-up using the About Land object return. (Actually, do we know whether the intentional return was a "right-click and return" on the object itself, or done from About Land?) It was done from right-click and return
  4. I had many messages all saying the same thing, but with varying coordinates and numbers of objects. ie 'Your 25 objects have been returned to your inventory Lost and Found folder by Natural Wilderness Lovers near parcel 'Natural Wilderness ' at Loch Haven 227, 150 due to parcel owner return.'
  5. No, I did not see the item myself, but my volunteer (an experienced builder himself btw) indicated they were different objects and different owners. I' m intrigued as to how the group the land is deeded to was the 'returner', and returned its own items (both deeded to it and set to it) as well as those owned by others. Phil Deakins wrote: @ the OP: Did you actually see the prim yourself or were the events told to you by the person who returned the prim? And did the same person return the prim on both occasions? I suggest that you tell everyone who is able to return stuff in the sim to leave any further instances of such a prim alone, but tell you that it's there so that can see for yourself. If you do that, and if my 'rat' theory is correct, it won't happen again.
  6. That would make sense if the owner of the object was on the sim to be able to edit it,but there was only one other person, and they were not the owner of the object, not were they anywhere near it when it was returned.
  7. I did raise ticket with LL but they only advised me to stop allowing rezzing on the sim. The issue in this case was there was only one unauthorised prim on the sim , it was NOT a replicating prim which somehow managed to send over 2500 prims back after it had been returned unless it was scripted to reproduce3750 prims simultaneously then delete themselves after the sim has been cleared of authorised prims.I do think the person who returned the prim (a volunteer who has return rights and helps me keep the sim peaceful and tidy) would have noticed such a thing. I also checked the notice when the items were returned and it stated the items had been returned by 'Natural Wilderness Lovers ie the group the land is deeded to. Would it help to just have land in my name rather than the group's?
  8. On two separate occasions (22 Feb and 13 May) my sim (a private estate homestead sim) has been cleared of virtually all the prims rezzed on the land, the majority owned by myself, but others owned by other avatars too. Some are deeded to group, others are not, yet somehow, someone or something who / which does not have abilities to return items has done so. Both times, the returns appear to have been triggered by someone who does have return abilities isolating and returning one prim not authorised to be on the sim. Is it possible that there is a new script which can somehow trigger object returns of prims on the same sim as itself? Does anyone know of any other similar attacks elsewhere on the grid or have any other ideas as to what might have caused the returns, for example is there a new godmode viewer out there somewhere? fyi, there were no detectable replicating prims on the sim which could have forced the objects off the land.
