Rod can you please do something about LL support? There effectively is NO support for technical issues and the way we, your customers, are just totally ignored when we have issues is an abomination. Our revenues from SL are directly impacted but LL clearly doesn't care. Phone support is available for billing issues (ensuring LL gets their revenue) but technical support is held at arm's length. Take this case for example:
