This recently happened to me . Am wondering what to do in this situation. I sent her a polite notecard that indicated that I knew she used her alt to purchase an item and leave a ridiculous review. Otherwise, am uncertain what I should do to prevent further harrassment from her.

THANK YOU for posting this. I was beyond upset and angry seeing the Mumbai 'call girl' posts earlier. Shame on anyone who turned a blind eye. Kudos to you xo

(Left Eye twitches) It seems this is still occuring occasionally on Marketplace...the customer claims they have paid...and for me it shows status as ' not paid', 'not delivered' and 'not available' for redelivery. Any other merchants still finding this?
