its your - i assume - genus head eyebrow shaper/hairbase/bald base, its a bug in their base. just replace it with any other hairbase/eyebrow shaper/bald base.

Dont know if it makes a difference but all Altamura female bodies have the Sofia body as base with different heads - Jenny, Valentina, Clodet etcetc, and the male Atlamura body is Dante as base with different heads - Robert, Max, Romeo, Albert etcetc so Altamura female clothing fits all the female Altamura and Altamura male cothing fits all the male Altamura

the only thing i can think about coming up in nearby chat, is some kind of jewellry you are wearing with your name on, bought from RealEvil Ind. theres nothing in your profile name groups or anything saying that, so check what you are wearing, detach any jewellry from RE, relog and see if thats it

been to 3 sl weddings and im not allowed to go to any ever again im a jinx first one they lasted 2 weeks after the wedding, 2nd one 3 days after the wedding they split....3rd one the bride went MIA after the ceremony never to be seen in sl again :) weddings are usually a pain of ppl, mostly bride groom or wedding party crashing when they shouldnt and lots of lag cos all the bling and heavy gowns

change your baldbase/eyebrow shaper, do not use the one that comes with the genus head. i was going almost nuts before i figured out what the problem was when i wore genus.

sorry to be harsh but ever thought of getting a job in sl instead of relying on linden realms i bet you spend a lot of time running around trying to get any money out of it...time you could be spending on a job in sl ... just a thought...

change your system hairbase/eyebrow shaper dont use the one genus comes with.

clear cache (ctrl p opens preferences then network&files) then relog it should fix it

open your body HUD and go to the "makeup-show/hide" tab there click cheeks and just click on any there. that should remove the demo beard. if you still have problems you can contact me in world and i will help you.
