After having read the comments on pages 5 -6 only.... I stand by what I have said this "PICard label" is a "ole boys club or social club" antic. It appears the core "members" of this have already failed at even following their 'Prime Directive' manifesto. If you are going to preach the story then you need to live it and stand by it and practice it each day... With each person you come into contact with on the forums not with just each other or whom ever y'all are luring in or else you appear rather ridiculous as I saw on page 5 and 6 of this thread. My suggestion is to stop self promoting your "club" and just follow the rules LL has made clear because the comments coming from the people preaching this manifesto smack of rudeness and once again intolerance to something different then they think or have set forth as how it is. :smileywink:

I am not sure how you all are going to revamp a system LL has set up to be based on how y'all want it to reflect things as far as what y'all consider "spirit and intent". ok I did more reading on this.. when you find an item you like on the market place look on the lower right side and there is a line called "Share This Item" with links to Twitter, Facebook and email envelope also a hyperlink in the words that open another window with list of different ways to share items. Hope this helps

When XStreet closed and was changed to the Marketplace I think the wiishlist was closed at that time. I did try to purchase on the beta but i got an error however i was able to save to it which is nice :smileyindifferent:

go to tools - options - applications look in the list for the "secondlife" entry and in the "action" drop down to the right navigate to the .exe file (where your second life installation is - whatever viewer you use) that should do it. I would load SL's latest viewer and you should not have a problem with it ... :smileytongue:

Ouch that's a problem sorry to hear that's happening to you ... You can log into your dashboard then access the market place from there and shop if not I would contact customer service or otherwise file a ticket

If you have a SL avatar supplied when you joined you need to go to the market place and you can get a new skin and shape depending on what you want to be in SL.. http://secondlife.com/shop/?lang=en of course you can always go to search and find many stores there that sell or have skins and shapes for free. If you are on wireless that could be your problem. Otherwise more ram and a better card will do the trick as long as you meet LL minimum requirements for your system :smileytongue: Good luck

You need more fans in it. I never use a laptp here for that reason.. i use my desk top and i have 2 extra fans installed in it and it runs geat. Otherwise you do run a chance of ruining your card. Also you mite want to look at more ram and a better card. That may improve it :smileytongue: Good luck!

Sorry you are having a problem but you need to....File a ticket

If you haven't received it within a few days (sometimes they are late) you can file a ticket or contact Customer Service also

So how do we go from "honored resident" to member.. what does it take exactly? I have no idea where this question should be posted..sighs

I would think this is because this is by "Lithium" and their set up is then linked back to SL.. so logging into it first then accessing your dashboard would be the link without having to use 2 separate logins. Other wise log into your dashboard then in to this product by Lithium.

Seems to me that if a person is a super user here and we know there will be a lot that are.... then they are not really in SL and enjoying it they live on the forums.. doesn't make since to me.. but then again I am just a country girl the forums are fun but SL is better :smileytongue:

Another thing you might try if you do not know what is on your syatem : go to http://www.belarc.com/ and run this it is free and works great! It will tell you all you need to know abou what is on your computer system and then can take that compare it with what is on the system requirements and know exactly if you can run SL BEFORE you DL it I u se this to keep on top of things in my system i run it abt once a month.
