The search boxes are not functional...they are all blank and will not allow me to type, see attached...

I have a pretty old imac and recently all search functions have stopped working (people, places, info off notecards etc) I have deleted the old viewer and installed the most up to date one but no joy. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks x

LOL... if only my rl life was so intetesting... am just a merchant seeing my sales drop month by month, year by year.... no big conspiracy...

OK...I know there are a couple of mobile clients created by independant developers...but talk about resting on your laurels! Sl has been in a long and needless decline for 5 years now, thanks to a complete indifference from LL after the initial meteoric popularity of the platform. In the intervening years we have seen the decimation of desktop devices by phones and tablets, but the sheer joy and inventiveness of SL could surely be introduced to these markets? The only way is down for SL (check out google trends) unless SL awake from their (still profitable) slumber.

Thanks for that....have moved to a sandbox and am not getting that message anymore... although I'm still getting missed animation perms :-(

Am now getting the message 'inventory creation on in-world object failed' whilst trying to set perms, with, once again a small pecentage of the animations being left c/m/t meaning I have to go in one by one to change the perms.... is this a new bug?

Not sure if this is a common problem, but when setting my MLPV2 engine (which contains around 270 animations) to Copy/mod (no trans) I am finding that after I have pressed apply, then waited 15 minutes, there are always half a dozen of (random) poses that that are still full perm. Am I doing something wrong? I tick 'all' to Modify copy, then I uncheck the animations box and tick Mod/copy/transfer

Since Thursday I haven't been able to make any purchase on MP. First it was the Linden dollar amount in my account not showing, and now when I press Check out the screen goes blank. I've not made any purchases for a while, and wonder how common the problem is... Have raised a ticket, but still no reply...

And, just to add insult to injury...the info on payment seems to have replaced the 'edit item' short cut for merchants...or is it hiding elsewhere?

Thanks for the comments guys... I have decided that every time the MP team tries to close the ticket with 'Unfortunately, this is not an issues that Customer support is able to help resolve/' and "Thank you for being a valued resident of Second Life! Have a great day!" I shall keep reopening it ...with pleas that they get up from their desk, walk down a corridor and get it sorted. It would be lovely to abdicate responsibility for errors and get away with it the way Linden Lab do with no comeback!

I've posted about this before, yet 56 of my enhancements are STILL stuck in the "Charging, cannot edit right now." mode after 1 year and 4 months from the first failure. I am stunned that I STILL get the cut and paste response to my ticket. With so little opportunity to market products effectively in SL I am at a loss on how to proceed. I've tried hunts/blogs etc, but the enhancements were the only really effective way to see a difference in sales figures. I am thoroughly demotivated. There seems to be little incentive to keep building...

I have noticed it's taking longer recently... usually it's been 3 days, now it's 4 or 5...

So, I know this isn't a new problem, far from it!!!! I have about 50 enhancements which are 'Charging, cannot edit right now.' My sales have taken a nose dive over the last 6 months since this has been happening, and MP takes no responsibility for the situation, just shunting me to file a JIRA, which generates the auto responses that it's a known issue. There is so little support or care for merchants, we are treated with pure apathy. Has this affected anyone else? Has anyone had this problem resolved?

Problem may be identified.... List Enhancements, grrrrrr In transaction history, does anyone know how I cross reference LL's order number against my actual product listings (eg: MKT2 Subscription Description: Order #1311001598 ) With over 50 items stuck in 'Charging cannot edit' limbo I have completely lost track of what is going on!!!! I have a suspicion that I am being charged for ads that are not appearing....

I would just love to be able to list my products. Period. I have over 50 ehancements in the'Charging cannot edit' mode, and my sales are suffering as a consequence. MP don't want to know, and happily reply to your concerns with a cut and paste answer of we aware there is a problem.. it's not our fault bla bla...

In world sales are pretty steady (about 10% of total sales) it's MP thats taking the hit... will just have to wait it out... congrats on the baby!
