Actually no one responded because no ones buying land..... and I suggest you research before criticising....

So no one wants a full mainland region okay then in two hours we've decided to begin chopping it into smaller and smaller pieces to see what we can get.. Ours was the CHEAPEST of the12 full regions for sale at the same time and yet no one wanted it.. So now you have a chance to buy a quarter..... Its called TEFNUT and Id recommend it to US buyers who aren't lumbered with value added tax on top of the tier as we are.... If you do want a full region cheap you'd better be quick...or youre going to have to piece TEFNUT back together bit by bit like we did.....

That okay I just wouldnt want any member of lindens actually suggesting in anyway or form that sl users actually do something to contradict the ideas of copyright that lindens went out of the way to inform us on via their 'tutorial I think its called irony ....

Are you allowed to be inspired by movies in sl ? Didnt the mesh 'tutorial' push the point about a little something called copyright ??

The reason we're selling up is because of the continual shabby treatment of long term customers...we fork out a fortune while newcomers get all the incentives.... we've had enough of it and considering that at one time full regions were snapped up for for or five times the cost we're selling ours for other people seem to be realising that sl isnt worth a big investment either....

Anyone want to buy a region going cheap ?? No and why not ?? Because the bloody tier is too damned high - and you americans should worry we europeans have to pay VAT too !!!

Looking for a region where you can bring up all those wonderful herds of breedable horses, rabbits, meeroos or whatever wonderful creature you wanted to raise without annoying your neighbours with issues of lag,,, where the rolling grassland is ideal for your livestock...where a handy linden road allows you to transport in all those breedable accessories and feed you need to support your animals... Having said that who needs ban lines...nowadays you dont even have to be crossing a sim boundary to crash...enter a full parcel or even simply enter a different parcel in a vehicle and you stand a higher chance of being crashed out than at most times in the last four years.....

Security orbs are a legitimised griefing tool no more or less...they bend sl rules and allow the owner to get away with something they'd be open to being reported for if they did it anywhere else in sl... If you dont want people on your land ask em to leave - if they dont leave ban 'em..the tools are there without disrupting everyone. If someone is on your land when youre not there what does it matter - providing they dont leave a mass of clutter. If they do return their items a piece at a time and then ban em. They wont do it again.

Perhaps its all geared to making sl so much more suitable for the 'undead' - vampires seem to be one of the few groups sl are actually pandering to at the moment....

In over four years in SL I cant remember the service being as poor as it is at them moment, loss of tp, crashes, scripts and huds going out of control...talk about giving power to companies to enforce their tos, its about time something gave fee paying consumers more rights to expect a service which does what its supposed to....

As a side note it always seems to me that law in the US is more about protecting the big companies rather than the man in the street...its even more promounced than it is here in the uk - and its bad enough here.

The buggers who need hitting with the law hard are those who spread trojancs viruses etc etc and make life miserable for those who contract them... As for tos its time there was a push on insisting all companies made their terms of service sensible , legible, fair and less than a volume of war an peace to read.

I have one question .... what's this thread about ?? If I had an open letter like that Id have thrown it in the bin... With all the things that need to be sorted out which affect the whole of the sl userbase I'd at least suggest some clarity when complaining to a company.
