ReD Jinx

i purchassed L$ in the game and it was sent to my USD I didnt ask it to or want it as USD but L$ i followed the steps on the page to turn it to L$ but now it wont let me get the amount back i have to pay more now to get it i have used the same method to purchase L$ for the last year this is the only time i have had this problem or any problem with it and if i do it the way the instructions tell me i have to pay the prossessing fee twice to fix the problem im having
