I agree, to a point, could just be the message delivery. Chat can be emotionless...I am happy for the info though from people who spend their time watching.. no matter how it is delivered.

There are people that follow along closely enough to be able to speculate on the next release .. Youtube is full of speculators on the price of stocks and bitcoin and they generally have more informed info then casual users.

I have a house in Everett ( my alt is waiting for the houseboat) and I see no Lindens on in the region nearby and no activity .. still 6 red sim bounders

Does anyone know if it takes a minute to release newly abandons?.. Cause I did not see the houseboat @Alumna Cornell let go.

2 traditional homes popped up in last 5 minutes 12:15 EST.

Agree its a pain but I shop marketplace in another window so I can keep my eye on the refresh screen.. The weird thing is ... I can only admit what I am doing on my day off to all of you....lol

Just logged on Friday morning 10:45 EST. second refresh was a linden home .. had to be an abandon cause I live next to the next 6 sims ready to be released and they are still bounded by the red boxing line.

Does anyone have any insight to what time they may release tomorrow?

The Refresh has a delay before sounding of more then a minute so if you are not watching the refresh screen by the time you hear the notification its way too late to catch a house.

Set up the Google Refresh Extension on your chrome page and set the refresh rate to 75 seconds so as not to trigger the 10 minute refresh limit.

I think there is a place for security of some kind ... I do not want ANY avi standing in my bedroom AFK for 5 minutes

Ban lines should be Banned.. for lack of a better term. What purpose do ban lines serve except to make the world less realistic. No one wants to see them and new users have a steep learning curve to turn them off. If I was a brand new player and came upon a parcel with ban lines I would think twice about sticking with this platform. We need fresh blood in SL. Not for the vamps..lol.. but to keep our platform fresh and populate our world even more. I say get rid of ban lines .. Bellisseria is on to something by banning ban lines. And maybe, just maybe, regions like Belli without ban lines and with perfectly kept grounds and houses is the future of SL play. Maybe Belli will draw more players to go premium and live in a community where players are active and happy to walk down the street to the water and interact with players hanging out on their houseboats. When I walk down the street anywhere in Belli I find 2-3 other avis working on their house and grounds.. This is the SL we all dreamed about in those early days .. I think Linden got it right this time.

Ok so this question is for the avi's that are using an auto refresh plugin and fishing for Linden Homes. I am waiting desperately for a houseboat to live on anywhere in Belli. but have missed the only one I saw using auto refresh, although I notice that I am fishing and catching houses that become available. I will land a belli home, check it out.. decide I am not happy with the location and abandon it right away. Even though I only want a houseboat , I cant stop myself from taking the home only to look at it. Am I being greedy? Or do others do the same thing as me.

Basic users are IMO the most important users because they are a much much larger group then us premiums... (Someone quoted 86 thousand premium v almost 1 million basics) AND .... Linden gives back almost 65 bucks of the 99 dollar yearly premium fee in stipend money! ( really old accounts get a bit more ) So, Yes I am a premium account (and really old) so I get back a good portion of my paid subscription and a bit of land to go with that. But its the basic users that drive the engine of SL.. all the money they put in is their own and not a stipend refund deposited every week in their accounts. Sometimes we premiums forget how good we have it.
