i rented a half sim an my partner pulled out an i couldnt afford it an i told them they were very rude an now refuse my refund an i have a freind who on the same sim pulled out of it 2 days after an recived his refund how can i deal with this an this was done before they even had the sim set up an i didnt recive ownership
