    For Sale because my rental community plans need to be canned due to financial issues. A large piece of Moderate rated mainland with Route 7a access right on the Rezz Zone. How large? 16,624 m² and 5707 Prims! This piece is interesting because of how friggin long it took me to acquire all of this land... This is the only piece of the SL mainland I have left, and I am trying to downsize and get rid of my land tier due to RL finances. When I created my planned rental community, I made seven evenly squared 2045 parcels out of the land, with some sqm left over for a "community parcel and a connecting street." I will not be massively pricing this down due to how much I have already invested into this parcel. My price keeps it at an even 3L/m². $50,000 Linden. You will likely see someone buy this parcel and put it up for sale again for a ridiculous amount, more than likely 4Xs my price.🤣 I have priced it to sell fast to one of those types 🤡. But if you actually will keep this parcel, it would make a fun rental community!     I need to get rid of this as soon as possible. I am paying too much in tier cause I found a larger parcel. This parcel has yet to sell, taking away my opportunity to afford the land around my more oversized parcel. At this point, I'm giving it for 10,000L and willing to negotiate....however, please don't think I will sell it for 5,000 or less...cause I paid a decent amount for it.
