    I also accept PayPal as an option if someone prefers, but unlike your landlord, I definitely do monthly rates for all my rentals (not 4 x weekly rates) since I prefer that people rent monthly. If they really want to rent weekly they can pay the (slightly) higher rate that it works out to.

    Hi..yes, it's 20K per month. I have the rental boxes set monthly so you get 30 or 31 days (except February)..which is only 2 or 3 days more than 4 weeks but it is definitely a saving over weekly rates. And with the additional 5% discount if you pay for 3+ months, you would have a total saving of 2,666/month compared to weekly rates at full price and would only be paying the equivalent of 4385/week.

    Do you worry whether the region you rent land on will still be there next week? How about next month? Are you concerned that your landlord might suddenly sell up and move? I have owned and operated the Blue Moon region for almost a decade, and my store, Fnordian Magic & Gadgets (previously Fnordian Furniture), has even been there a few years longer because the Blue Moon region was previously owned by my former partner. And although people come and go I do have several long term renters on the region. You can rent on Blue Moon with confidence, knowing that my store isn't going anywhere and neither am I!     Will we be informed by email of our status in this regard so that we know if we need to resubmit ID or not? And if so, when could we expect such an email? Also, in the previous thread, I submitted some questions which haven't yet been answered. To avoid them being missed I'm posting them again here: Will we be able to submit ID information before August 1 so we won't have a delay cashing out while waiting for it to be processed? How will we submit this information (is there a specific ticket option or a separate web page or email address)? What are the specific submission requirements for ID (size, file format, etc.)? For a non-US citizen, is a single piece of government ID that also shows our address sufficient or is something else required, and if so, what? If we do have to wait until August 1 to submit ID, how long will it take to process?
