How do I do about changing houses and can my things be moved with me?

I want to upgrade to a premium account can I pay quartly or will the whole year be taken at once? I want to pay 22.50 every quarter but you posting says " the membership is charged immediately" is that the whole year or just the quarter? When would the next charge be? I need to know because the economy is tight and I can't have funds disapearing without me agreeing, a friend of mine told me that he had issues where his credit card was being charged without his ok. This scares me. I can open an account and only put this money in it when it was due. Please help me I have been on here since 2008 and I would love to bulid my log cabin.

I have been on this site for over two years now. I am still having issues logging on and staying on, then I bought myself into a nudist park and when I went home the system wouldn't let me get undressed fast enough and I was tossed out and not allowed back. What a waste of funds that was. so I stayed away for months and heard they made improvments thought I would come back and again I can not get on. What a joke.
