I will be subletting a fully-furnished apartment, to include: KitchenCommons/living areaBedroom andBathroom furnishings. As it is fully-furnished, I am offering a prim allotment of 150 for personal touches and zany self-expression. This particular setup may be more appealing to males, considering the furnishings and general aesthetics. The apartment is positioned several thousand meters above ground-level and you will be afforded your privacy (and I politely ask that the same be extended in turn). $1,000L weekly - however, I am open to negotiation. I undesrstand there is an issue with animations missing from inventory, however, I logged in today to find my inventory missing over 10k items. Is it safe, given the ongoing maintenance issues, to clear my cache and allow my inventory to rebuild? The missing animations don't vex me so much as the thousands of missing items.
