Tenn Buchanan

I am able to log in with other accounts but not with this one . The log in is stuck at "updating friends list". I deleted all friends from SL.com page. Did not work Error message says: "Login failed. Despite our best efforts, something unexpected has gone wrong. Please check status.secondlifegrid.net to see if there is known problem with service. If you continue to experience problems, please check your network and firewall setup." Again, I am able to log in with other accounts but not with Tenn Buchanan. Your help please. Thank you
