Also note that for what it's worth Blackwater Property Rental has put the Topgol region up for sale (south of Moran) for L$257,000 or 3.9L/sqm. Grab Bamseom while you can as it's still at the 1.2L/sqm rate and is one of the cheapest options right now for a near full-land region.

This is especially good if you're looking to build a large city or need more than one region to divide up avatar traffic or maybe for something like event hosting where you are looking to separate the audience from competitors, which can reduce lag overall for everyone. There's another region-size city nearby and a fairly active movie theater that gets a lot of traffic one region to the north. The land is basically flat, so you don't need any landform prims to get started. There are buildings from the previous land owner still rezzed on the land as well as a full club in the sky at 1000m so you can get a head-start on building a city or owning a club. Just return whatever you don't need. I am selling because I got a great offer to join some friends on some private regions (shared spaces) and instead of trying to turn this into rental properties, I felt it better to just sell outright. If you've got that big project and don't need an Adult region, this is a great option for you. Don't need the nearly full region? The original post is above. As I had no takers, I've split up the region into several different sized parcels. There are THREE (3) 1/4 16384sqm size parcels and a few other miscellaneous size parcels available. Prices are 0.6-0.7L per sqm (11,450L or less) If no takers by Feb 13th, the land will be abandoned.
