I am looking to commission a photographer to take pics for advertising banners and other marketing materials for my new jewelry line. Please reply here if interested.

I am searching for a Product Development Manager(s) to join our team. The primary duties for this position would be coordinating the photography of products and, once approved, uploading ads to The Marketplace. Eventually, this person will also be available as product support for an in-world store if problems arise as I am not available in world all the time. I need someone to help because I’m great at putting products together, but I am not in-world enough to get them up for sale. I need someone motivated who will meet with me in or out of world weekly for an hour to talk about the weeks /months goals and help me get my products to market. Applicants should: Enjoy taking pictures of themselves or their friends. Have decent looking avis and computers that take good photos. (Or be willing to do some freebie shopping to acquire some!)Be fun!Be good at setting reasonable goals and staying organized.Be professional.Be interested in making a long term investment, rather than short term gig. Some experience with photoshop or gimp is preferred, but not required.Be committed to quality. I am willing to pay this person a weekly salary and set up a commission on all products managed (either in world or on marketplace.) I should mention, products will be relatively inexpensive women's clothing and jewelry. I also have some furniture, as well.
