  1. Update: One of the sale items that has a waiting for delivery messages has just went through and I have received the lindens. I do notice the order number is different from the original purchase number, which might mean they are working to re-route each delivery. I might not have said that right but I hope you get the jest lol. So slow and steady its being processed. I can say I feel a bit better now. Then again maybe the customer reordered everything? :shrugs:
  2. Thanks but its not the new sales deliveries we are concerned with. Its the ones that are currently in que as not being delivered but yet we all are receiving messages that the item has been delivered. I am glad that MP is back up, its one less thing to worry about. Just hope the sales that have been recieved with no payment come through. If not then its a wash I suppose unless we can put in a ticket regarding this matter. Not that they aren't aware, I am sure.
  3. Thanks Paula for posting that. I will just keep watch. I can't view the MP page at all but at least it works for some or its all just delayed purchases. Either way, good to know things will catch up....

  6. There are nine pages here and I might have missed someone reply or post the question, so forgive me in advance. I want to ask what is the case or if anyone else is receving delivery notices but not receiving the Lindens to prove it? Like I said its probably been asked on one of these pages and I might have missed it.
  7. Guess I am not the only experiencing this. Ticket is placed but does it have to do with any of the changes going on to Marketplace. I just noticed the problem with almost a page of pending deliveries but I have recieved notice that some of the items are delivered without payment lol. :matte-motes-confused:

  9. Curious enough here please. Can someone tell what is User Exception in regards to the delivery status. I did do a search but perhaps I didn't look in all the right places. So I have come to the river of knowledge... who can advise me? :matte-motes-nerdy:
  10. Its just a delay but resyncing and waiting for a bit helps. Its all there. A bit nerving because you are unsure but it sorts itself.

  12. This has happened to me too Jaimy but here are a few tricks you can try. Each (=) is a different method I use that I have found works. = Sign out of your marketplace account and then back in. = Click sync marketplace and wait for the refresh = Click Sync, wait for the refresh and if it doesn't refresh right away. Sign out of marketplace. Wait a few minutes and then sign back in. = Or add an empty box to your Magicbox and let it update. Then go to your Merchant page and sync the two and then refresh. Yes each of these methods have worked and I just account it to a delay in the system. Its a pain but no need to panic. Everything is there and the system usually catches up. So all should be well. Let me know if this helps.

  14. Hi Arwen and sorry for late reply. I notice it takes about 30 to 45 minutes for the in world balance to catch up but it shows. At first it didn't but when I stopped doing some editing I glanced at the balance and it changed. After the next sales came in I paid more attention and indeed its a 30 minute to 45 minute delay in the in world profit balance to be show. However your transaction page reflects all sales. I haven't seen the 0 balance for the transactions and I cross my fingers on that. Hope that helps.
  15. Wanted to ask that with the new Commerce acceptance of the cash transaction instead of ML...does this have an affect of the glitch I currently see. The reports come through that a sale has been made, as well as the main transaction has the correct balance of the sale, yet the in world balance does not reflect it. I am sure this is due to the new changes and might be one of the minor corrections that will take place with the next deployment. Just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this?
