    The same thing happened to me...

    I have a club and...

    A person use illegal L$ and paid my tipjar
    My tipjar split and paid automatic other people.
    Recovery Linden AFTER tipjar paid other people.
    This means that... I paid the person and SL still recovered the money from my account.
    I lost twice ... illegal money and my legal money

    I opened a support ticket and solved my problem... OK

    But... the person is still there ... washing money in SL clubs.

    SL needs to treat this as a new way of stealing money from others...

    And properly investigate the avatars involved ... we have all the transaction history to prove what happened!

    Nothing happens ... ban an avatar and let's create another avatar again ... as if nothing had happened ... Ban should be stronger ... able to detect all ALTs from the same machine ... SL needs to improve that.

    Why report abuse? if nothing ever happens!

    that person comes every day in our land and attacks us and his attack restarts the island, we know this because our LagMeter tells us.

    blocked all the options of land and attacks continue every day

    We reported all attacks, inworld and nothing happens

    Our land stay in main land and ban... he attacks from the neighbors

    sl need to give some feedback if indeed our report abuse work and not just send an automatic e-mail saying they will check and never really know if they did something or what they did to the avatar ...

    how to block messages sent by objects located in the neighbor to my guests do not receive ???

    yes @Alwin Alcott ... this is very frustrating ... my guests of the group receive spam several times of my neighbors ... I talk to block but not everyone knows how to do, especially beginners ... so it is difficult to live like that. We reported inworld but do not know if the SL can do something about it.

     

    I believe that a solution would be to create a blacklist for the land and who were inside not receive messages for nothing ... no need to worry about block ... but do not know if it is possible one day exist.

    My land is in the main land.

    And yes, of course, I reported with pic and description but nothing ever happens!

    They do what they want and we can not do anything if our neighbors do not help us.

    Our report does not help

    I'm tired of report and ask for my guests also report

    I hope that the linden lab do something to premiuns members have more powers, on main land

    I reported already in world
    I talked to the neighbors not to allow entering objects, or create ... do not know if they will agree
    I can just mute but ...
    and my guests? They are more than 7000 in the group
    I warned with news but not everyone will know
    we reported and the Second Life does nothing

    how we can prevent bots from others to send group invitations to our customers in our land? We have identified the bot (stay in other SIM) but the sensor maybe present in any avatar in our land or in the land of the neighbor... and  this object can have any owner to talk to the bot. how can we find the avatar or the object or script that is sending messages to the bot send invitations to people? remembering that... the bot is not on the same SIM and our customers keep getting invitations. I reported to LL and wait some action. Only group can run scripts in the land and group is not open!!! we report the abuse and nothing happens... Our customers are totally unhappy with what happens... Second Life does not take any action... we are premiuns and should have some consideration with us... spam never stop.... it might be better to cancel our premiuns and do the same ... no one does anything to help us... in my opinion there's no use complaining ... SL turned earth anyone
