I recently got a Trad with a great location, thanks to a kind friend who decided not to keep it. It has everything I was looking for, beachy surroundings, sand and great sea view. It looks like I'll be staying there for ever... ( well SL for ever 😂 ) The house is in Humansville and you can take a look if you like here http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Humansville/72/116/24

I'm going to release a nice 1024 Sakura home, located directly on a pond with great views and also a rezz zone right in front.
You can inspect it here http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Nemuru Tora/199/125/22
I'll release it at 2:20 pm SLT

I recently decided to redo my beach house, something I do every 3-4 months out of boredom .... I wish I could do that in RL too
The shoreline is sandy but not tropical, although there are palm trees here and there plus some forgotten snowy trees that seem to persist all the season changes..... This time I decided to go green... very green, which I always find very relaxing.

Sakura is my favourite theme so far and I had lots of fun decorating and landscaping my new parcel. After looking at all the houses, I decided to go with Benibara, due to it's smaller size, which leaves a lot of space for a garden. I was lucky enough to get an abandon with an amazing location on a lake and it looks that I'll stay there for a long time.
I wanted to incorporate many japanese elements in the decoration of the interior, but then ended up with something that had nothing to do with my initial plans.......

Recently I landed a great Trad, that I have always wanted, ever since it was announced in the forum. Unfortunately I wasn't fast enough, but months later the good fairy of SL sent it my way
I love this location so much, that I decided to release my precious Stilt in order to keep my beach Trad forever, whatever this forever means.

The Moles started developing the empty areas on the big river that is separating the Chalet regions.
Windmills have been placed already and there's even an underwater tunnel leading to the other side of the river.
I can see already that something amazing is coming and I can't wait to see it.

Yep these looked like they released on the 15th and were all claimed, picked over and thrown back just like most other chalet regions nowadays. Most of these are probably all mixed up in the pipeline now.
All the houses that I checked were never claimed, with the exception of one.

I finally rolled a Chalet I like on Bachman. The surrounding houses look decorated and very nicely too. I did not care if it was around water because I have my stilt and there is water everywhere there. I guess I know what I will be playing with all night 🙂
That was mine, had to abandon it, as I was going for a gorgeous house in Providence Lake, but I ended up with another one on the same lake and I'm totally happy with it I loved Bachmann and how private it is, plus the rezz zone right in front of the house, enjoy !

Thank you so much Sylvia ! To be honest, after decorating a house, I always get bored and spend my time outdoors.
Till I get the deco fever again, delete everything and start over
My passion is landscaping and terraforming. Decorating comes second.
I have landscaped endless regions in the past, some of which are still around
I have saved enough prims for a decent interior, but if I let myself go, I could easily use 1000 prims just for a garden

First I wasn't very enthusiastic about the Chalets, but once I got one, I changed my mind completely.
I started with the garden, which in my opinion is the most challenging part, and it looks like if I could use all 351 precious prims to create a natural overgrown garden, as I had it in my mind . Here's the garden for now, the interior is still a work in progress

So pretty! I just realized though that in RL, living next to the train tracks wouldn't be so great. The noise, the danger to kids and cats, the possibilities of PeeWee Herman jumping off a train to avoid listening to yet another chorus of "Jimmy Crack Corn and I Don't Care"...
Or you might receive unexpected visitors

I will be releasing a nice OP Stilt at 2 PM SLT
It faces west and being at the end of the pier, it also has an unblocked sea view ( at the moment) as it's next to a void sim.
Nice surrounding at the other side of the pier.
