Thank you for your feedback Wildcat. I would be curious to know did you make your own lights or are they something you bought? I found one set of lights by PhotoLite that attaches to your avatar so you can take pictures on-location. It's around L$2,000 I wonder if it is wroth it?

Yes avatar lighting is something I am still getting use to. I don't know if I should buy some lights that are on stands or get better face and body lights. Stand lights are not very useful when you are on-location though because of the auto return on many sims. Thanks for your feedback, I am still learning.

I thought it would be fun and educational to post a picture and get feedback from the community, so here it is. I have just started to taking my photos more seriously, paying attention to graphic and Windlight settings. How am I doing? Any feedback both positive and negative is welcome. This photo is has no effects on it, it is a screen capture.

So it is telling me I get 3008kbps. I changed it to channel 8. Boy did I pick a hard password, if I hadn't figured out the hint I would be locked out by now. Going to watch a music video in HD and see how it does.

Okay counting me we have three people on 11, two on 1, one on 3 and one on 6. Which should I pick?

The router is an AT&T router made by "2Wire"

Maybe I am not looking in the right place because I don't see Channel 1, 2, 3... I see WPA and WEB and 802.11 and things like that.

No it is not public it is my own. I do live in an apartment though and now that I think about it this started happening when the nieghbor got WiFi from the same carrier that I have.

Is there anyway to test this?

Hi, My computer has the option for either WiFi or Ethernet. I like to use WiFi so I don't have to run the cable across the room but it seems I am having some performance issues with the WiFi. When I do a speed test I average about 300kbs on both WiFi and Ethernet but the WiFi seems to hiccup. What do I mean? Well when the WiFi test is going it might go up to 320kbs but then it will all of a sudden drop to 20kps only to go back up a few seconds later so that the average is around 300kbs. The Ethernet averages around 300kbs and stays there the whole time with no drop offs. These drop offs I am getting with the WiFi will stop streaming media when I am in SL so I am finding I get better performance with the Ethernet. Anyone have any idea what might be going on with this? I would like to use the WiFi if possible. BTW I may be away from the computer for a few hours so I will look for and try your answers when I get back. :)

Have you tried Audacity. It is one that Torley told us about in one of his videos. I have used it to edit gestures, it works good.

You have to hit save button on the bottom of the sidebar then it will let you go forward from there.

Marianne I would love to go "A" I have not really settled on a look for my Avi yet and I would love a body that is 5'7" (1.75 meters) and an "A" cup. Does anyone know of a good starter avi that is copy/mod so I can make the face look the way I want? (Pictures please if you have them)

If the houses are unoccupied how do you know people own them? Maybe a fish owns the house or a dog or a cat and they would love someone with thumbs to come in and help with things they can't do. Maybe a big corporation owns the house and they are hoping people come in and try the house out so they can do marketing research. Well.... you never know it could be true. :smileytongue:
