Yes. I read all that. It doesn't help me. It doesn't state anything about if voice is just completely not there.

It hasn't been working for a few months. The talk button isn't even there. When I go to preferences it says that voice is not available. I even reinstalled phoenixviewer to make sure that I accepted the voice option, but nothing! I can't hear anyone talk, and those green dots aren't above anyones heads. What should I do?
