Contact the seller by NC .. and let them know what happened and besure to give them both transactions when you do. That way they can see that you double paid and they will be more willing to refund you for one of the transactions. If you do not provide them with your transaction info, then they will either ask you for it or they will not refund you for the duplicate transaction.

Ansi, this is happening on 4.2.0.29632 build. and I went on and did my usually clean reinstall. Deteting all instances including my cache folder and all other left over folders after the uninstall process. When I reinstalled fresh, it did not fix the issue. The issue is still going on.
