leisle Hinterland

I can't log into second life and it keeps telling me that second life can't be accessed from my computer. It seems to have locked me out but there is no message from linden labs and I have done nothing for my account to be banned. Has this happened to anyone else? Can anyone help me with this issue? thanks so much for your time, leisle Hinterland
