When are you going to fix this? If people are trying to give you money you should let them!

It looks like an orange cloud, same as it has for the past NINE days!

And we know that LL is at least partially at fault for not properly validating input from a third party.

While not legally required, it would be a nice gesture for taking over a week to solve the problem. We don't know the cause of that problem yet. Yes another program is involved, but we don't know if it or SL or both are in error.

I have the Metachat problem, but when I go in to Appearance mode/Edit my shape I appear to myself, albeit with a gray skin, funky hair, and oddly-shaped face. Everyone else still sees me as a cloud though.

I pay to play in a visual, 3-D environment; being a cloud is preventing this. Will premium members be refunded the time their avatars are unavailable?
