Hello I noticed with Viewer 3, when viewing from high up, there is a white line showing in the distance which I didnt get with Viewer 1. It's the SIM edges and it seems to be at the draw distance limit. It's really noticeable when flying planes. Anyone have a fix for this? It could be my graphics settings, but I have messed around with them and i can't get rid of the line. Thanks. Ado

Hello :-) Is it yet possible to show the classic volumetric clouds in Viewer 3 which sit at 200 metres in the sky in Viewer 1 ? I know they disapeared earlier on in Viewer 3 but just wondering if they have come back yet? Thanks Ado

I go to a lot of gigs that have sponsors. Mostly clothes, hair, skins, shapes. I dont think they pay for all the cost but some of it. There is a lot of promo stuff done during the concert for the sponsor's stuff, but no one minds cos they know some acts charge a lot and the costs have to be covered.

Yea I get this sometimes. It's what Nyll said for content notecards in items but just for other notecards, it's almost as if the Inv server hasn't quite connected properly to my account. If I log out then back in again it has always cleared it.

If the item is sold as having transfer rights and it turns out not to have transfer rights then it could just be a mistake by the seller. Go back to the seller and explain and they may fix it. Also, if you have problems with something on Marketplace and you used Marketplace to buy it then you can submit a review for potential customers to read. Most sellers try to avoid negative reviews !

May also be achieved with Ctrl-Alt-D. Show Developer Menu: Adds the Develop menu to the top (menu) bar. (Use at own risk!) May also be achieved with Ctrl-Alt-Q.

I have been experiencing problems with HUD's recently. The HUD's have buttons to left click which then issue written commands in local chat to activate things on a plane. The HUD's recently have stopped issuing the written commands. If I say the commands in local chat then the plane will still react. The HUD's worked perfectly until recently. This is not one HUD but several different ones. Have the recent server updates possibly started to affect scripts in SL which means that scripts need modifying or updating in some way? I still use Viewer 1 because it works perfectly for me and doesnt crash much at all. I like Firestorm but it judders and stalls a lot so I havent made the change yet. Thanks for any help on this. Update - OK so the problem is being experienced by a lot of people and is something to do with SL updates affecting the scripts. The creator is now working on them to find a fix. Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

You need to give more details, like what viewer you are using, when the crash happens ie what you were doing at the time of the crash. It can be so many different things that cause crashes and it's not all down to SL issues but could be your computer for example.

Today, everytime I login I am back to the location I was at yesterday even though I am using last location and I've tried several logins. Also, I am wearing the same clothes as yesterday even though I have changed several times. I can't rez or take back anything to inventory and at each log in I get a repeat of group notices that I have cleared. Its as if I havent logged in since yesterday. Really weird and yes cache cleared and relog makes no difference.
