I've been trying to think of a way to describe it for a while, best I can come up with is "cone shaped torso" I decided to take a comparison screenshot instead. Well the torso on the right looks like a cone shape to me.

I've noticed recently that a lot of female avatars have.. what can best be described as a "cone shaped" torso. Mostly in addition to mouths that are turned down at the sides. Is there a name for this? Yeah, I know, not entirely describing it that well. Haven't posted in a forum for a while, tempted to play around with the text colours and stuff. Wooo .. Yeah, I'll stop that now.
