Hi, I'm looking for a high quality tattoo artist or premade possibly. What i am looking for is a High quality upper body dragon tattoo that isn't a chinese dragon, that is also color changeable (aka mod but still looks decent differently colored.) my hubby's been looking for something like this for a while and i'd love to get him one for christmas. I'd perfer to buy it custom as a one of a kind piece for him but am open to other ideas..
