    MORE AFFORDABLE 2019 RENTALS!!

    Rentals reduced for 2019 making "living the dream" more affordable !!

    Beautifully designed Lake Como is ready to welcome new tenants!  A variety of wonderfully authentic Italian homes are waiting for their new owners.  The entire area is landscaped and looking super welcoming.  Homes come complete with outside seating in a variety of styles, amazingly generous prim allowance and a radio. (example, small cottage 150L per week, 200 prim).

    Opposite the row of shops, and authentic English tea room, we have incorporated a wonderful dance area with a fountain and space to relax.

    Down by the lake front a cute little cafe area is all set up for friends and residents to relax, chat and dance.

    Please see photos below and LMs.  Take a wander around the cobbled streets or sit by the lake admiring the view.

    Would you like to run a cute Italian Coffee Shop / Wine bar?  We are offering an exciting opportunity for somebody who has experience to take over and run our community hang out.....within some simple guidelines as the sim is moderate. Live music, DJ's and Events are all possible.  We have a large area with dance balls and plenty of seating available.

    The Cafe is situated on our beautiful Italian Sim which is mostly residential, but close by we have a small lake, music venue and shops for all to enjoy.  Please see the LM below and take a look.  If interested send a note card in world to Evie Moyet or Lynne Lundquist, stating your experience.  (Only apply if you have the appropriate skills for this fun opportunity!! :))
