A variety of wonderfully authentic Italian homes are waiting for their new owners. The entire area is landscaped and looking super welcoming. Homes come complete with outside seating in a variety of styles, amazingly generous prim allowance and a radio. (example, small cottage 150L per week, 200 prim). Opposite the row of shops, and authentic English tea room, we have incorporated a wonderful dance area with a fountain and space to relax. Down by the lake front a cute little cafe area is all set up for friends and residents to relax, chat and dance.
