Eh... people have been complaining and begging for updates, etc., for nearly a month now. Of all the things in the world to pick on someone about, cross-posting information that people have been begging for to the very threads the begging has happened in... well, really, that was just uncalled for, I think.

I've never been a big fan of using alts, but seeing the kitty actually made me consider creating one so I can be a Bellisseria stray someimes... lol!

THAT is flipping adorable and I"m going to need him to come visit me as well! The kitty's name is Eliza. Is she traveling all around the continent getting scritches and food from everyone?? 😊

Thought I'd start a new topic since we're settling in now. Tonight this little miss showed up on my doorstep. I'm assuming she's a stray but she came right in, got a drink from the bathtub, took a little snooze on the bed, and then hopped up on the lounger with me and the mister. Finicky little thing, though... she had absolutely no use for me, but seemed to be quite taken with my hubby... lol! We had to shoo her away since it was time for... well, Mr. Miggins and I hadn't seen each other in a few weeks and we had some, you know, catching up to do and didn't think an innocent little kitty cat needed to see that! Told her I heard the can opener from the boat next door and she lost interest in us with the hope of some fresh tuna from the neighbors. Have you had any interesting visitors? Witnessed any odd happenings in your neighborhood? Spill the tea!

I have one... you can visit mine. It's open and on the Fourze region right next to the Lighthouse and the boat says "Boaty McBoatface" on the side.

I dunno... I'm starting to worry that all these people smashing the F5 key elebenty bajillion times a day are going to be really disappointed when they realize it's just a house (or a boat) and doesn't fart magical unicorn glitter or something. All this angst and anticipation and excitement and then suddenly... they're going to be standing in the middle of an empty house or boat, with screaming prim babies or dogs barking all hours of the day and night right next door, going "Um... is this it?" And THEN what are they going to have to live for, huh?? Just kidding. Mostly. I love my boat and I'm thrilled to have it. I'm not really sure how'd I'd be feeling if I didn't get one considering patience has never been one of my better virtues.

One of the main reasons I'm enjoying it, though, is that it is, for the most part, keeping me away from the dingle-berries that are (pa)trolling the residential areas. I only have one actual neighbor and they're pretty chill and are rarely there, though they've decorated nicely. I'm not sure what it's like living in one of the rows of houseboats, though. Might be a different experience.

Same. I really wanted to be part of the community and thought the groups would be a great way to do it. Wrong. I dropped the groups as well, and have even closed down the one I created for the... er... more adult activities... some may be interested in on Bellisseria. It's just not worth the hassle due to the actions and agendas of some others. And that's a shame.

After living on my own on an adult parcel for so long, I have to admit that I forgot about my sound settings until I saw something here that reminded me to check them. I'm guessing they were on voice? I mean, not that I'm a voyeur or anything like... just, you know, curious and stuff.

What's their address... lol? Seriously, though, they may not be aware that others can hear them. Did you sent them an IM mentioning it?

Bellisseria is a HUGE continent. As reported in other posts, the Moles have been spotted working day AND night. There is a plan, just like in any new real estate development in the real world. There are phases. Homes in new subdivisions or developments are advertised to everyone everywhere. Didn't get a house in Phase 1 of the new construction? Phase II is coming. It's the same with Bellisseria.

But it's freaking awesome and I want to brag... lol! It's also open for anyone. People can even set their home position there if they want. It's in the Fourze region. There is a rowboat rezzer, free cocktails, wine, and beer, and free balloons! Flamingos, fish, and a doggie to pet! Shower, bathe, sleep! I welcome anyone to stop by and enjoy themselves. Never mind. Had to put the security up. This is why we can't have nice things.

What it boils down to is that premium members are absolutely able to have a Linden Home, it's just not the particular one some of them want. I've got a prime spot. My boat has water on three sides and incredible views of a lighthouse, open sea, a marina, and a neighborhood. What if someone comes along and wants THAT particular home? Am I obliged to give it up, or are the Moles obliged to recreate that exact same spot with the exact same views, essentially copy/pasting regions so everyone can have the exact same thing at the exact same time? Of course not. That would be silly. No one is entitled to a houseboat or a certain house in a certain place. You're entitled to a Linden Home. Period. The behavior on display in this thread makes me desperately hope that my only neighbor stays where she is and I don't end up with someone new once the latest regions are available. Why hasn't this thread been locked? The OP's original question has been answered, repeatedly, ad nauseum.

Except the content packs aren't automatically delivered. It's an option in the menu where you choose your houseboat or house type. I think a lot of people don't even know the orbs exist or that the covenant has been updated. They clicked their buoy or mailbox when they first got their parcel, chose their style, and forgot about it. Since there was no inworld message to let anyone know it was updated with an orb, unless they read the forums, they wouldn't know about it.

The whole shebang seems to be down. I was logged in fine all day, logged out briefly, and now can't get back in. I'm blaming the Moles. Kidding. They're too adorable to blame.
