  1. How do I turn on the “Made of Mesh” button for my listings? I have taken that test, uploaded mesh, built with mesh, sent items to the Marketplace (with DD) that have mesh but still the button is grey to me. I have seen it on other people's listing so it must work... I just don't know how to make it work.

    Hi, I made this Tennis Racquet and textured it in Blender, I still have a lot to learn but I have a question. What is the best way to turn up the LOD on the strings... (See second picture). The strings are so small that when you zoom out with a LOD factor of 2 (I was on 5 for the top pic) this happens.
  3. Thank you Maeve for the detailed explanation. btw unlinking the round rails and replacing them with square wood shaped railings saves 9 prims (there are more rails than in the picture). 
  4. Thank you for the tips Pamela and Pussycat, Kudos! @Drongle thank you again for your detailed answer. The rails are sculpties I got from another creator. All that is mesh is the frame everything else is prims. But by setting it to "None" solved the phantom problem.
  5. Okay all together it is 38 prims without physics but I am having problems linking everything. Seems the phantom scripts I have don't want to work in the mesh body. With physics it is 61 total. This is what it came out like: 
  6. @Drongle thank you for your detailed answer. Kudos. @Pamela it seems counter intuitive that mesh is not good for complex shapes but you found a very interesting solution. @Ashasekay thank you. I think I am going to try both ways and see what the results are, it is not like it will be hard to add 4 prims for the walls on the non-physics shape.
  7. Yes Physics type is prim and when I right click to edit it says the land use is 24. But get this I linked 4 prims to it and land usage only went up to 25....?!?

  9. You know now that it works the land impact went from 6 to 24. There are only 9 prims in that section in the non mesh house.

  12. Hi this is my house. I kind of like how it turned out so I began to wonder if I could make it out of mesh. I downloaded Blender and watched YouTube for hours learning how to use it. (See next picture) So this is what I made, the frame of the house I was going to fill in the rest with prims but I have a problem. The door opening I made won't work, it is like hitting a brick wall unless I have it set on phantom. If I keep it there you will be able to walk right through the walls and I don't want that. I am new to mesh do you have any advise?

  15. Is it really that easy? I wanted to update an item so I... 1) Uploaded the new version to the Marketplace. 2) Went to edit on the old listing and picked Edit Associated Item and picked the new one. 3) Hit update. That was it. The old one was gone and my item was updated.

  22. To me it looks like the best way is to update the folder is to used the folder in your inventory that you originally used. Update the texture in there. Reupload the folder and have it replace the listing.

I need something on every sale, and since my Sales Notification emails come in about 5% of the time, 3-5 days late .. they won't do either. All day long with DD I have been getting the email notification right a way, no delay.
