It was via Ellie Linden and was basically a rubbish support reply on key with "Try turning it off and back on again", since I used to be an IT Analyst its quite quaint to see such replies are still used

It took 4 days for LL to reply to my support ticket and the linden that replied obviously never read the ticked, saying i should restart the region often because its a busy region (I had stated in the ticket I HAD RESTARTED THE REGION) who are you employing? LL and SL are not what they used to be!

SInce the restart on Wednesday my region is unstable people keep crashing last night (Wednesday), I have restarted the region myself today but people including myself are seeing viewer stuttering, and other problems, I have submited a support ticket also.

SHX support suggested it was an attack, but it may just be a crappy scripted radio in sl, shx radios and dj boards etc do not show up in logs and never have.

I think its a griefer now if it were a stream board or radio in sl it would show the ip's of listeners not amazon, second life ip's

Region called End of Days has crashed twice within 20 minutes after the update once people starting arriving

Ok i have been doing some experiments, my alt account cant use our staff chat, so i deleted the cache folder uninstalled FireStorm and re installed it same fault, installed singularity viewer still no chat in our staff group so ive come to the conclusion this is account based fault that some accounts have. I can chat in some other groups ok.

Group chat is totally borked I have a staff group of 54 members and group chat does not work for most members if any we now have to use discord, when is LL going to fix this bs

I will come back in a day or two it took LL almost 16 hours to get my region back online the other month ^^

My L$ account went to zero and I locked up now I cant log in on any account.

The next big tech advancement for SL should be 'keeping it working' beacuase at the moment its far from that!

My region is having this problem for over an hour now and LL support page is borked.

For the last few days group chat has not worked even in our staff group that only has about 30-40 members we are now using discord for all staff chat. this needs fixing, group messages seem to be working mostly.

Sl group chat has been rubish for years, this current 'fault' has been going on over a week now its not good enough, we now use discord for staff chat and for our club vips we have been trying to divert them for a year to discord, many have joined Discord but only a fraction of our over 11.000 member base have joined so far, I think the more active memebrs have joined Discord.

Normally LL answer region down tickets in under 20 minutes this ticket is over 11 hours now with no answer.

Region crashed twice support ticked unanswered an hour since i submited a ticket, our region has been crap since LL moved it to a RC region ages ago LL are going down the pan! I will have to rethink paying for it in the future!

My region is running like crap now it restarted again while i was offline, not sure if it crashed or what, I have restarted it myself but its still the same i guess I will have to open a ticket.

My region has been offline for over 40 minutes so far!
Ohh never mind its just came back online!

We smudged things copying from the deploy schedule we use to the actual set of instructions for the roll and I didn't catch it, so we started rolling some of the regions that we meant to only restart today. We realized it fairly early on in the process and rolled them back to the version they were on before (535128). If you were on version 535702 last week you should be on version 536040 this week, and if you were on 535128 you should still be on that version. If that's not the case, please post your region name and we can take a look at it.
I don't recall what I was on last week sorry. Region is called End of Days

Many years ago when I was stupid I spent 72 hours in SL without sleep, and when I did go to bed eventually I was in a half sleep and still thought I was still in SL some what, I knew I was not in sl but it still felt like I was .
