The bug still remains for 2 items deleted for years and still reappearing on my beta store. ALSO , i have 28 pages of listing, and in the beta i see only 25 pages, the amount of items is not the same and im missing 49 items on the beta website. Can someone tell me where did my items go ? They have not been unlisted bec they are still available on the normal MP ? So what does that mean ? (will open a jira for both bugs later today after RL work)

(happy dance) Eta : the normal store says i have : 305 in the apparel category, 32 in accessory and 1 in avatar component. The beta store says i have : 258 in apparel, 30 in accessory and 1 in avatar component Where did my items go ? Seriously ?

Well i think there is a big misunderstanding (probably bec my english is far from being perfect) Im not doing a drama about what is happening in my store right now (there is long time i accepted the fact that the MP will never work correctly), but im just alerting here in the forum for MP team and other merchants aswell that i've noticed a bug on my MP store. But indeed, i cant say im happy to see this bug happening on my store, and as i am me, im ranting a bit. As it is still beta, i thought a jira was not the right thing to do, but from the answer i just got from Grumpity, i will make one as soon as ill be back at home after rl work. Sorry if this has been reported yet, but i dont feel like reading the whole thread right now. Yesterday after reading another threadh about the new beta website, i checked my store out of curiosity. So in the beta MP website, if i filter my MP store by relevance, i see on the 3 first page some old listings (one of my firsts 6 years ago) reappearing althought i have deleted them years ago. Those listing have, of course (but not that "of course" like that, as you will see in the following) no pic displayed, no price and lead to the MP homepage. Even like this i do not want that on my MP store pages ! I try to make my store the clearest i can, i delete often old items for it remains updated and no, thank you, i dont want mess done by other ppl. Now the best part, if you remember the mess we got when direct delivery started and that some of us, got for more than one year, pics not ours attached to some of our items. It took more than one year for having that fixed and was a big pain for merchants, like me, who try to make things at their best. So in page 3 of the new beta MP website, ....get ready.... what do i see ? one of the items i deleted years ago attached to one of those pics that are no mine, again. Yes... again. Like the bug is back and the MP is supposed to be improved with new system, but well we are back with bugs from 2 years ago. So well, can someone from the team tell me smth about that and when this will be fixed ? Will i have to wait again, more than one year for this to be fixed ? Well, as it is still beta, im not sure i should open a jira or submit a ticket. After all the new website is not yet officially launched. Im going to add a comment on the thread for the new beta system started but MP team and see...

whoaaaa.... idk if i should laugh or cry (i think im going to choose the first one and go to bed anyway). So i just checked again my store with the new beta search site and ..... Tada ! what do i see in page 3 ????? hahhahahahhaha i cant believe it lol.. there is one of those horrible pics that has been attached to one of my items for one whole year ! It's back ! oh well, this Market place is pure insanity ! Im not even going to look further bec im prettty sure the 2 or 3 other horrible pictures unrightly attached to my items are back too... Well, you obviously never got your MP store all messed by LL. I got it several time and the worst has been when i got wrong pics (not mines and ugly ones) attached to 3 of my items for 1 whole year. So well the " that it will get fixed somehow, or someone will find a workaround " is not reassuring me at all when its about LL. I am happy the search is working more relevantly but if the price for it is that my store will remain that messy for one more year, im not ok at all... i dont have the sense of the sacrifice that much developped (sorry). I dont even know how those items can still be in the data base as i have deleted them years ago... ahhhhh wait.... yes, they are those ones we are asking for years they delete them totally from the database bec they are a pain everytime we have to scroll in our listing for setting related items..... So now on top of being a pain each time we are setting a related items listing, they will also polluate our MP store pages. Well... forgive me but having the obvious proof of LL's ability to mess with database, right away in the first page of my MP store doesnt make me happy. And yes, I'm quite upset, but well, as it is not the first time they do such mess, one starts to get used to it. So im more disillusioned than upset, to be honnest.

Well... i shouldnt have check my store with the new search system. Really... Because i open the page by relevance and what do i see at the bottom ? Things ive been selling 6 years ago and that i deleted from the website for years. Of course no pics, and no listing either bec when i click on the item it leads me to the MP home page again, but they are here, doing my MP shop all messy again. One can say im picky, but really.... i take care of making the things correctly for it all looks good.... and every now and then, LL comes with something new and mess again. And i start to be tired to always have to clean their mess !

As gatcha items are no copy and so limited ammount, the MP engine thinks there are 2 separated copies. Easiest way would be to box your items in a single box. Rezz a cube on the ground, move the ears in the cube content via the edit tab, then name your box with the name of the pack, and send to the MP. You can also open your marketplace manager in your viewer and check if your 2 ears have been moved in 2 separated folders. If so, just move one of the ear to the other folder, so they ll be both in the same folder, and so they'll be sold together.

Once you send your items to the marketplace window in your viewer (from the "me" menu) you need to right click on them and choose "create listing". Otherwise they will never go to your marketplace. After you are done with this, you will see they will disappear from this tab and moved to the "unlisted" tab. Then you go on the mp website in your manage listing and click the tab "unassociated" and you will see your items there, waiting for you to edit them.

pour reduire le lag, dans les endroits bondés, il est également utile de réduire la distance d'affichage "drawing distance) et les performances graphiques de ton viewer. Essaie de garder ta cam sur des plans serrés et évite d'avoir 20 avatars en meme temps sur ton ecran. De toute facon, les endroits bondés de monde sont toujours plus lent que les autres.

Hello you dont have to delete and reupload. open your marketplace manager from your viewer (the window you open when u want to send a new item to the mp) then go to your listing and drag a copy of your nc in each of your items folders you want the nc to be in. Be careful, when u drag smth in this window, it doesnt copy but move it. so you ll have to make several copy of your notecards in your inventory before dragging them in the marketplace manager window, as they will vanish from your inventory. I hope you dont have thousands of item listed otherwise it will be long. There is maybe a way to add them in every folder at the same time but i havent tested this yet.

im going to offer here my opinion and some tips (from a customer/reader point of view and also from a designer one), you are entitled to take or leave the whole or part of it :matte-motes-wink: First about your pics (flikr stream) i see your comp probably can't handle having advanced lighting model enabled, thus no shadows. But you still can improve a lot your pics. First thing, you want to show smth you are wearing, you dont need really to show a wide view of everything around you. So lowering your angleview is a first important step. (you can do this from the preference menu>graphic tab> 3rd or 4th tab on the top ( i dont remember now, and i cant go inworld right now). lower it till somewhere between 600 and 800 and you will see your pic will focus way more on what you want to show. Second important thing is to take your time when you do a photo. It takes a long moment before being sure nothing has been forgiven (an hand going inside the body, hair going inside the face etc......) if you can't adjust one item, let's say hair, well, then use another one. Also, there is a hud called Animare that will allow you to adjust the pose you are using, moving an hand outside the body for instance. Third thing : the windlight settings. Even without ALM on, you can have a great difference by using different windlight settings. If you are using Firestorm viewer, they are in the quick preference little window, otherwise you can browse them thru the sky editor preset. Do not be shy and play also with the sun position slider, it will surprise you and you will see that colors can render really differently according to it. in a nutshell, do not be afraid to spend a lot of time for a single pic. Also i see you often use static screen behind your avatar. That's a matter of preference, but i usually dont like it, bec i think it lacks of deepth. That said, ive seen some really well done so well it may vary according the quality of the screen used and also the post processing. If you dont yet, i would recommand you to get a bit familar with a photo editor software (gimp is free and there is a ton of good and easy tutorials to follow on the web for it) that will help you to improve your pics, correct lil unwanted imperfections, and also you can even create your own shadows with it. Now about your blog. Personnally, (maybe bec i am a SL fashion designer) i have no interest in seeing the vendor pic in a blog, except if the blog is the one from the creator themselves. I think the purpose of a blogger is to give their own interpretation of an item. Of course, i understand some see this hobbie as more creating a sort of catalogue, but this is not the kind of blog i like to read. For me the blogger must have a kind of artistic skill too, as they are the interprets of smth. Like a singer will sing a song writen by another person. A blogger must interpretate an item. Thus they must style the item (as said in a previous post mix and match with other items), find the decor that will enhance the item, the right pose, the right lighting etc. So my preference goes to the blog showing original pics and not vendor pics. (again this is just my opinion and a matter of preference, vendor pics can have good sides too but imho its a different goal than the one i would have if i had to be blogger) Good point for you : the text ! It's so rare to see text in sl fashion blog ! Don't be shy and write ! add your own opinion about the item, where you did find it, what you like in it or u dislike, how you think its must be worn. Of course dont forget the credits for everything (even the location you used for shooting the pic) and the slurl. Dont write a book either, ppl dont like wall of text either. You have to find the right compromise. Some advices also for helping your blog to be known : Share your blog posts : fb, flikr (post the link in the description of your pic), google +, twitter (and for all those medias, keep increasing your ammount of contacts, the more you have, the bigger exposure you ll get for your blog) join some fashion spaming groups that are dedicated for this purpose and will allow you to post a notice about each of your blogpost. Check creators blogger policy and see how you can apply for they be your sponsor, so you can recieve their bloggers samples and blog for them. Well i have probably forgotten several things i could say, but well, here is already some feedback from me. Hope this will give you some inspirations :matte-motes-smile:

I use Old Newman vendor system for years. It gives me 100 % satisfaction from day 1 and on top the creator is really nice person, and always open to new suggestion for improving his system. Its really simple to use, and all you ll have to do is rezz a server and add a script inside each of your vendors and set price. You will also need to rezz the gift cards with the ammount you wish, but the system makes it really easy and you can do this within a few minutes. You can find this creator in the MP i think.
