    I have a full region available for sale. It's developed for fantasy or Gorean roleplay and the buildings can optionally stay on the sim (can come as is) but they cannot be transfered or it can be cleaned up.

    Tier date: 20th of the month.

    Price: 400 USD.

    I'm interested in buying a full sim (transfer only - I don't want to rent). Ticket can only be completed on August 1st because that's when I have money available. So, it must be a sim with tier after that date, of course.

    My offer is 150 USD and the SELLER pays the transfer fee.

    This is to help someone who wants to dump a sim and is having bad luck about it.

    Homestead for sale full transfer - tier on 2011-07-26 must be included in the price offered since I will end up paying it as it takes 10 days or so to process the transfer to new owner. So, please, make offers considering the inclusion of 225 USD (tier + transfer) unless, of course, you can overnight the transfer (extended support users). IM Syndel Daviau, I'll receive it on e-mail and reply asap. 

    I also have a full sim attached to this sim, if you wish to make offer for both. Tier of the homestead is on 2011-07-23. 

    OBS: NO, I don't want to donate them for transfer cost, thank you. I'd rather have LL put them offline.

    I have a homestead available for sale. Second Life Server 11.05.31.231546. 3750 prims.

    Since transfer would not complete before the tier date (26th June), I'm including its value on the price as the person who purchases it will only have to worry with tier payment on 26th July.

    I want 400 USD on it (1 month tier included).

    I will give estate manager rights as soon as ticket is open.

    You must own a full sim to be eligible to purchase a homestead!

    Contact Syndel Daviau or Ensiferum Dyrssen in-world. Please, ONLY open ticket if you are 100% sure of the purchase.

    Must rename and move the homestead!
