    You have to wear a new shape to change your base shape. Shape, hairbase, eyes and skin aren’t able to ever be detached, only replaced.  With a mesh body, only base SHAPE matters, the rest not.

    try this:

    in your mesh body folder, right click and ADD the alpha and right click WEAR the shape it comes with.

    Ok, here’s a peeve have. I’ve thought about it and there’s not a very graceful way to say it. I’m uneasy around people who tend to overshare TMI about their lifestyles, their illnesses, their relationship issues, job situation etc. I feel like if they don’t know at least some good social boundaries, that doesn’t bode well for our future interactions. I’m not a heartless git who just thinks people should talk polite and idle superficialities but there’s a time and a place. If I have just met you, I don’t want to hear about your sugar daddy, your upcoming eviction OR your itchy rash.

    They seem to be pretty good at banning the alts of some perma-banned members despite people taking some measures against it. I didn’t remain friends with the person so for all I know they eventually succeeded, but I watched alt after alt of one person get the hammer after the first one did.

    Is it too early in the new Bellisseria housing development to commandeer a Victorian and start a communal ‘art house’? <grins> 
    My old Linden home hasn't been touched in months so I could bestir myself and get a new one...

    Good thing I’m not going for that MBA then ;). All companies use their stats to present their company in the most favorable light and privately held companies aren’t required to disclose as much as publicly held ones. All in all I think this optional add-on feature probably isn’t that critical in the big financial plan but it’s important enough to monetize to see how residents react to the feature and the price before rolling the new premium tier. Perhaps a it’s bellwether?

    • 2020 premium membership numbers plumped, even temporarily. It counts in the year’s stats.
    • 1 month x n($11.99), and then the ones who forget to cancel before the deadline (*2) and the ones who try a Linden home and stay even another month or few, or decide they like the stipend, or appreciate never waiting long to get into a full sim (*n). It’s not a tiny sum. 

    I think LL would always like people to at least give premium benefits a good working trial. Especially with the new housing continent. Piggybacking the name change to a 1 month premium requirement does that in a handy way.
