New categories are always good... There is one that has me slightly confuzzled... Houses and Structures.. castles , Stores etc.. finished buildings are under Building Components.... Components are items that you use to make a building or structure. Shouldn't Structures have its own main category? and what is up with clothing templates polluting the texture categories? Clothing is not a building component. its an AV accessory.. thanks for any improvement in any case though..

Inactive merchants should be removed from the website. Its simple.. if you do not pay monthly tier or if you do not log in to the simulator for 30 days your SLM store gets suspended. I bet its almost as easy to implement as putting a link to the main SL site on the Marketplace somewhere.. New subsite called Bargain Basement .... any item under 10L should go there. This way people who do not want to invest money in the game have a clear place to find alternate product. I know before I put down some hard cash for this game I bought a bunch of free and really cheap items until I was sure that I will stick around a while... I believe SLX had a section for free items. It was a great tool...

which part of "the thing is broken" don't you understand? Some people have stores with a much more numerous and diverse product selection.. besides.. when you use the search the pages keep resetting to the default view so you have to re-enter the search and use the broken page navigator to get back to where you were.. which can take a long time for people with a lot of product. The search is simply a filter but a filter without field sorting ablility is useless. I could make a lot of furniture and candles in the time that it takes me to manage my listings with this Fantastic Tool...

it was a good idea but the way it was installed was defective. There is no way to properly view your own listings in the sort picker. There should at minimum be a sort order field in the item maintenance form so that you manually assign a index. Also the index should be alphanumerical ..not just numerical.

All free items should have a high listing fee because they have no justification on a money driven marketplace. Items below 10L should actually be only be found in a separate section of the website called Bargain Basement or something like that. I am not discouraging free items because they are vital for new players, but having them rank higher in search because more people "buy" them is wrong... maybe they should charge a monthly US$ membership fee just to be able to log on to SLM if they are not a premium acct or a Concierge level Customer. What the marketplace is doing to inworld store business is another story ..

Ok .. I just checked this out.. and this setup is total BULL**bleep**! How the hell is somebody supposed to pick which items to include in this sorting game without being able to sort new to old or popular/ best selling .. alphabetical.. Oh and your page crashed on me while I was waiting for it to save the sort order... Why can you people not do the basic necessary things first before dropping this crap bomb on us?

Interesting approach to mix it up a little more.. how about sorting where it counts such as inside the merchant inventory and sales reports and listing enhancement reports..its been almost a year and this basic much needed function has not been implemented. thanks

From a performance standpoint... at which point would the stuffing of a parcel full of breedable animules be considered excessive and a nuisance to neighboring parcels? Has anybody ever tested how Laggy these Scripts really are?

The only way to get back to search is by going to the store rather than having a search box in the header ..where it used to be up until 2 days ago... Just FYI.. Add this to your list.. OH .. and where is our Inventory report sorting?

I noticed you fixed your site yesterday - you know the problem you had where featured ads were not expiring.. or the problem where the date was wrong and reports were spitting out sales with future dates in the reports...maybe the problem where other peoples similarly named items were delivered to customers buying my items.. well.. time to wake up and get to work again... you are losing valuable commissions ... better hurry ..haha

It gets worse.... I found out that Items from other Merchants were delivered to my customers instead of the product that was bought from me. So imagine that when your item says delivered, the person says they never received it, but it actually went to somebody who purchased something by a different merchant... This has been reported to me a couple of months ago as well.. so it may be common. Reminds me of POT LUCK from Hell...

Its been like 6 months since the SLM site went live and a merchant still cannot sort line items inside the reports. I had to redeliver a slew of product and ended up having to scour through hundreds of pages of sales history trying to identify a specific product. Can we Pahaaaleeese have sorting in the reports ..sooon? Schank You!

I myself had a heavy release today when I tried to redeliver a bunch of items from my order history and had to scroll through hundreds of pages of sales to find deliveries for a certain product.. How about casually releasing a Ascending/Descending Sorting Button in the Order Reports?

Did any of you consider that a large set of customers, namely the people in Japan have a lot more important things to do and worry about than buying cartoon world merchandise?

I brought this up a few times in the past but they should only require reviews for ratings of less than 3 and let people rate without review from 3 up. Unfortunately since there are too many merchants who use armies of alts to leave reviews this will then become even more blatantly abused like in the past. A solution would be to allow the merchant to see who rated and how, even though the info is not displayed public. Then What we really need is a 2 way rating system that rates the buyer as well coupled with the ability to block a buyer from future purchases. I have had people drop 1 bombs on several pages of my top rated products. If a buyer rating drops below a certain point they should be blocked from the Marketplace Forrrevahhhh..!

Here are the main reasons: Most commonly used vendor scripts cannot complete a zero dollar transaction and need a price .. some better vendor script have a " refund 1L purchases Feature" which is optional. In most cases if set up properly you will get your 1L back instantly. On X-street the main reason is that there are people who will click on anything that is free causing a overload of transactions sent to the delivery boxes.. each time the box is busy delivering a freebie it cannot deliver a product that has a value. Charging 1L makes sure that only people that are actually interested in the demo will get it, as opposed to junk collectors who buy anything no matter what just because its 0L Here is something to consider: Did you ever try to ask for your 1L back from a merchant that charges 1L for a demo? Chances are that most will give you the money back without a question.

just ask. most honerable people would give you a new copy if the old one is corrupted or gets lost. I get IM's all day long from people that lose stuff or double purchase "Textures" or " Doors" or " Shades " etc and I hardly ever give them any problems unless they trigger a scam artist alarm in my head.. Also, People should always contact a merchant to let them know if there is a issue because with the amount of bugs its not uncommon a creator would never know that there is a problem until you tell them. oh and.. my next answer will include my business name a few times just to make sure that every body knows what I sell too.. oh well seems to be the norm here so here it goes: If you want Textures that you can actually build great looking stuff with come to DATS..because DATS amazing ... haha do you feel violated now because I spammed your post with my ad?
