  1. I have had several reports of customers receiving products made by other merchants when they were buying my items. In those cases the Inventory item name was similar but not exact. This may account for some of the deliveries never received.
  2. I am going to become fiercly more competitive and will probably launch a few new lines and products. I may start making more light fixtures, some Art Deco and FLW inspired accessories, some Prefab Homes with more than one room per floor, mesh stuff, more suckulpty building products, new door scripts and of course a gazzillion more textures in a buncha fancy colors. Maybe if I find the time I will even fix the trashed listings on SLM that are still a mess since the merge from SLX..

In fact, non of the dates shown have any relevance to me at all. So, I guess the question is, what it is supposed to be for? If nothing else on this abortion of a website makes sense why should this?
  4. lol.. is that the stepping stone to letting us sort the data fields in the reports?

As it is a new product could sit on the bottom of the relevancy searches for a long time until a smart shopper who knows that newer items are sually better than older ones figures out how to switch the view. most shoppers do not use the tools but just sit there and look at the list as its presented. I too think the default " Visit the Store" link should be newest first by default and then let people decide which sort order they want after they see the newest items.
  6. Ok, so I waited to say something but its clear that the search algorythms are purposely being set up in a way to completely trash any product of value. Now, (again) while browsing for products all you find are items of low value and stores full of low value items. This makes the marketplace look like a Junk Yard or worse a Garage sale outside of a Trailer Park. For the last few months, the Commerce team keeps messing with search but for some reason always revert back to the same system where low priced high volume items dominate all searches. This seriously affects the business of many merchants who are trying to maintain a inworld presence be reducing the sales of their merchandise. May I add that sales volume are not number of Units sold but the Value of the sales of these. Best selling should figure in the total sales volume in Dollars and not just numbers moved. It is obvious that a 0L or low priced items sells more often than a more expensive item but that does not make them more relevant but rather makes them more popular. Are they trying to reduce the cost of playing the game by making all products free so that they do not have to lower tier? It sure looks that way. Its too bad but I am already seeing many very talented merchants leave SL for other virtual worlds because of the actions of the Commerce team is killing their drive to want to continue dealing with this crap. In my case these recent changes have reduced my sales by more than half and if this continues to be a trend I too will have to start reducing my monthly tier and any expense that gets paid to LL. for the last few weeks, I have been seeing the lowest daily sales since over 2 years ago when my store was not even half the size while until these recent changes sales were steady as a rock each and every single day for a year and a half. In any case whatever the commerce team is doing with search is making SL look unattractive and Junky. If you want Junk, count me out.
  7. Big Shocker! I have never ever once missed a single delivery for items purchased. It does help to use an old working viewer though.
  8. It is called "report sorting". Its something that any webstore in the world lets you do except the Marketplace. I am starting to be convinced that whomever is running the marketplace is either incompetent or engaged in blatant sabotage. I must have asked 100 times for this feature since this busted up wreck of a website went live.

If you need to make sure no numeric digits are in the SKU as this removes it from search. Better to have a blank SKU since it is clearly defective.. Whaaaaaa!? I know you know your stuff Ann, but I have 500 SKUs to remove, so you are sure - right? lol.. try 1200 .. search has no issues picking up my numeric SKU's.

  12. I get them all the time.. funny thing is that when you contact the people who leave the " Didn't get it" 1 Star Reviews are never online nor answer any IM or correspondence of any kind..
  13. 6 hours + for an item to be delivered? My entire first page of Orders is pending delivery. Are there any plans of speeding this system up in the near future or is this a new feature?
  14. It appears that it is ok now to relist items after a bad review was given. I am seeing this done by merchants and totally get away with it. Not only do they relist the item but they also magically make it a top seller within a day or 2 after relisting it. Perhaps this is a Linden Alt? (although Josh might have a better scenario)
  15. Knock! Knock! Anybody there? What the hell is going on with these people? Nothing is being done by LL customer service with regards to Marketplace issues.

When I think of Gor I picture ugly deformed meat ball shaped creatures hacking at each other with swords and clubbing each other over the head ... maybe they are afraid people will say things like GOR'GLE MY SACK ... or things like that.. Pure stupidity in any case
  17. I lost my hard drive and want to retrieve my sounds from SL. Curently I see no option for saving sound files. Does anyone have any tips for me? Thanks
  18. The latest update causes the Listing Title to be replaced with the Inventory Item name and it also clears the perms. So when you edit an item you have to keep a second window open so you can copy paste the name back in ,, If this were the military and I were a General I would have people shot ....

  20. it has to do with Commission discounts from the old Xstreet system. It only affects a very small number of people who received an email yesterday telling them what they are going to do and why.
  21. they are not fixing it on purpose just to piss me off.. so you can add that to the list.. I have like 13 pages of enhancements but several pages are blank..some have 1 or 2 some 4..and nothing is sorted in any order that makes sense. its simply stoooopid!
  22. Not fresh.. it has been like this since day 1 This goes with the inability to sort the reports really well....
  23. you are selling too many items lol... try reducing the number of sales that you get , that will fix it. I haven been able to load my Top Searched Products report in months because it times out before it loads lol
