My Outbox has been initializing for the last 3 weeks and a day. Support ticket was closed because " they know about the issue" What is the plan ?

the short reason is : the marketplace is broken! ...after spending hundreds of hours trying to manage this conversion this little check box, which sometimes works and sometimes does not is not a high priority for some merchants

Its hard to convert to DD when the Merchant Outbox is stuck initializing for days. Will this be fixed before they switch off the magic boxes or after?

Viewer 3 - what a complete mess , bad user interface with many many many bugs and constant crashes Land - Value is completely gone yet it costs a lot to own. This was done by design, yet no logical reason for this exists. Marketplace - Used to work before LL touched it and will be responsible for SL's complete undoing and failure on multiple levels. I am curious to see or hear about one single improvement they made in the recent past that actually make SL more fun , more user friendly and worth the high price. I have not been able to make anything new in 2 months because every waking free minute is spent dealing with the mistakes made by LL. I crashed about 100 times yesterday while trying to convert listings from boxes to DD and wtf is up with not being able to drag inventory between windows in V3?

Since they fixed the relevance updates, sales seem to be just fine for the same few individuals who are make sure some of their items are in the top spots in all categories just the way they were before the site was broken. It is funny how relevancy changes when certain merchants go away on vacation.

So .. a bunch of listings became unlisted upon conversion and the sort tab for unlisted items does not recognize DD items but only magic box items. AND of course Bulk Edit DOES NOT WORK for DD listings. I had to activate about 100 items manually AFTER spending a whole day trying to convert about 200 items. Between the viewer crashes at outbox sending and the incomplete conversion process and the general broken down hunk of scrap of a viewer I have to use I think somebody needs to GET FIRED or their ass kicked across town! How much worse can somebody screw up and still get paid?

I was thinking of featuring all those listings that had other peoples images on them to stir the pot some more.. there are quite a few of them in my pile.. not counting the items in my sales history report that do not belong to me

I put the items in question back in the magic boxes and the problem went away.

LOL .. my V3 Viewer takes a dump every other time the confirmation box that all folders have sucessfully uploaded to the marketplace gets accepted. ..... this is just prior to the Internet Explorer cannot display Webpage error with a sprinkle of OOOPS this was not supposed to happen.. page. Add to this.. the new unassociated items go to the bottom of the list and the last 2 spots on the bottom cannot display the Action drop down list.. so editing and removing old magic box items is like playing whack-a-mole..or whatever that game is where you beat the hell out of the rat things that pop out of A hole..

Seems that certain items when moved to DD are now free for all... Item shows not delivered, no money for the merchant but item made it to the customer for nadda zip squat.. Come and get some ..

Because it seems to be the trend to make 169 packs of stuff in every conceivable color to keep up with the other tint pack spam artists I would like to know what the maximum items per folder is. Can I start making 1500 packs of the same texture in every possible color and have these in a single folder? I already had problems transfering folders with 70 or so items where about 1/3rd of the items did not copy to the listing.. Anybody have detail on this?

figured it out.. you have to drop it in the box that says .. add items here lol.. if you add it straight into the folder it does not register.

Free stuff for all .. ! There are certain items that get delivered even though the status says undelivered and of course no money to the merchant! Come and get it lol

I tried to move a boxed item to the outbox but was n ot able to find it to associate it with an existing listing.. does every item need its own folder in the outbox?

I noticed this myself the other day. I wonder if this has anything to do with sometimes customers receiving products from other merchants when they buy my stuff....

If the creators of these can have a monopoly on the food supply for these nasty critters, LL should open a exploit so that other scripters can make a bullet to kill them or poison to feed to the hungry ones to put them out of their misery. I have quite a few parcels that are next to fields of dying or nearly dead Alpo .. but instead of disappearing they just lay there .. how about allowing the ability for vultures to come and eat the damn things?

Since the commerce team still has not figured out how to make the maintenance windows include sortable fields.. I am sitting here trying to find my featured ads in a pile of empty pages so I can maintain them. Some of the pages have 2 listings , some 3.. most pages are just blank. Can you please put in sortable fields in the maintenance section of this site? I am starting to be convinced that the commerce team is actually made up af a team of competing merchants rather than service providers... recent events proved this to me! .

Here is another bright idea going all wrong.. it makes sense to have IM's that can be read via email and also responded to instantly. This my,secondlife messaging system does not allow you to respond to a message. I am starting to get redelivery messages on this and its a real pain in the ass to respond to these. Something related to this is that when you are in a V2 or V3 viewer and you are trying to find the profile of someone you have to click on tabs to see the profile, which means most people will never actually see a profile... if you search for someones name the very first thing that should come up is the Profile Text

The good news is that if you have MAJOR delivery failures that means you are doing MAJOR volume of sales.. Gongratulations on this! and Merry New year!
