I cannot rez at all, all I get is a giant cloud. This has been the case now for five years. Yes, five years. I have spent countless hours trying to resolve the issue and gave up years ago, and want to come back to SL so am seeking help to resolve this very difficult issue. Trust me, this is no amateur job to help me - I have had experienced and knowledgeable helpers spend hours with me and fail to resolve the issue. My suspicion is that the fault may lie with two objects I am wearing that I am unable to remove - one called IceCollar - 3.501 and another called OpenCollarUpdater - 3.917. I have been unable to remove these items for over five years. SL is essentially unusable for me unless and until I can resolve this issue. If you have a keen sense of mercy and expertise, please please please help me resolve this problem.
