Am I right, that they did an update yesterday ? It didn t repair the search !

What is the reason of all this ? I m really courious. Cause when you make an update, things can go wrong... well, no problem. But "broken in every single way", is... kind of special ! 🧐

Same here. One week ago sales were back to normal and search result at best selling at least show the best selling at top, but the rest in random order. Since a few days sales are zero again and today also the search looks as broken as right after the "update".

As I sent the ticket, I got a quick and decent answer and also more details (after asking): Seems they are not re-rolling, but updating the MP-search. (As LL said in the post... and I checked just before) "Relevance" - search seems to be nearly back to a normal way of use (but still confuses sale-amounts)

Does anybody experiencing the same issue: weird results and well selling items more down in the list than none selling ones - when clicking on "BEST SELLING" ?

Also here... 7 days 0 sales on the MP AND when I click "best selling" in the items tab, only unwanted results show up AND: clicked in the shop, the results are upside down (best selling is last) ! Hope they fix this soon
