Why do I see my image as a cloud? Thanks

With Windows 11 and AMD radeon RX5700 I can't even load the screen (Firestorm communicates that it can't start because the graphics card drivers are not updated, but the other viewers do the same). Yet my drivers are from February 2023! Is there a solution to this problem?

I have Windows 11 (Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU) and an AMD Radeon 5700 graphics card. I can't install any viewer because I always get the response: "you need to update your graphics card driver". But I have successfully installed the latest driver, released in February 2023. What can I do? Thank you
