I've been trying to buy L$ since yesterday and the two times i tried, the payment has been taken from my debit card but I've not received anything, i get the message after checkout that it failed but my bank notifies me it's gone through. When I check the transaction history, both transactions show a "system_cancel" message as the closure method. What is the issue? I can't contact billing from where I am, there's no phone number for my region.
