    I contacted linden labs before putting this up for sale they advised me the new buyer would have pay the monthly teir thats overdue and then the transfer fee but the monthly teir will then not be due untill the 10th when the new billing kicks in . also was told u can change the billing date if u pay the differnce to the date u want the new date to be :)

    I currently have a 30,000prim non grandfarthered region for sale

    Whats the catch?>So it has a months teir overdue right now so am willing to let this go for free (no ls to myself) if buyer agrees to settle the overdue cost+ transfer fee

     

    Then the Monthly teir will not be due until the regions billing date witch is the 10th

    If not i will personally pay this balance myself in the next 2 days and then rent it for 13,499pw! no rental increas's!
