Hi i brought lindens 3 times and it went though ok and i didnt get my lindens and it only started today i dont know why i didnt get my lindens

Hi when i teleport to a place my avatar is in the orange cloud but other people can see my avatar ok but i cant and it only start to do this 3 days ago and i am on firestorm 65 viewer can someone replay back to me please
