I'm not sure if the turn off materials button is even working, if I try to apply eyeliners or eyelashes to the head it doesn't work either

doing this didn't really change anything but I appreciate the help

using Genus head Strong with classic meshbody and the rmeng nura skin genus gift https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/Rmeng-Nura-Skin-Genus-Free-Gift/21824298

https://imgur.com/OVS21jy (Fixed by unpacking head and body again and using a new version) So I followed this tutorial on youtube of how to set up this avatar and for some reason when I do the BOM the head doesn't turn the right color, does anyone know why this is and how I can fix it, I would really appreciate it, for anyone wondering this is the youtube video
