  1. Hi all, I put through a process credit request in October 2021. Alas my paypal details were incorrect, totally my fault for not checking as I'd gotten married since adding them and my name was different, so I requested a cancellation. Got a response: No worries, your request has been cancelled. But on my process credit history they cancelled the wrong request. Oops. Nevermind. I told them this in the ticket back on 21st March and it hasn't been actioned since. I have been chasing it and have had various responses such as "Due to our backlog, please allow some time for your process credit request cancelation to complete." and "We have escalated this cancelation. Please allow a few business days for your process credit request to be canceled." but this was 21 days ago now. Has anyone else been having trouble cancelling payments recently? Does anyone know how long on average it takes to cancel a request, or for a process credit request to go through? This was supposed to be some handy Christmas money but at this rate it'll be Christmas 2023. 😭
