  1. Go to the Slink shop, get the demo for their feet and use the shoebases (flat, mid and high) from the demo. Your feet skin won't become white and there's no demo signs around you since it's just the shoebase you're wearing. FYI my hover is set to 51 in my shape and the hover height is set to 0.
  2. You can get ears for free at 7DS here: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Shadow Crest/61/65/42 It's the black "seven" box on the shelf. It contains elves ears but the mapping is the same as human ears. The skin is called Kyong if you wanna do an area search, then zoom in.
  3. With their previous EvoX skins, yes, but I think the most recent ones have them in the skin folder. At least I remember seeing them in some of their skin folders (I have so many from 7DS I can't even remember 🤪).
  4. EvoX skins have separate ears to be worn as layers. Look into the skin folder. They should be there.
  5. It might be some kind of "power station". In some kitchen island, plugs are hidden and you just push on them to lift them up if need be. The one on the left is hidden and the one on the right is showing.
  6. Gosh! The ghoul was the only thing I wanted to get rid of. 😁 If you click on the picture, you should be redirected to my flick where you'll find all the info about the outfit.
  7. Nope. SL gives me the opportunity to not care about weather conditions (unlike RL) so I try and take full advantage of it. I usually dress according to my mood or depending on what I want Emma to look like. That said, I may wear warmer clothes if I find some I like and I go to a snowy sim, for instance.
  8. From my experience, I'd say that Alpha Blending is also a cause of the transparency issue around hairstyles. It's the default setting and most creators do not change it. As Wulfie said, two textures set on Alpha Blending interact pretty badly with each other (not only with hairstyles. I made that experience with wall textures in buildings as well). Setting one texture on Alpha Masking AND the ratio between 50 and 100 usually fixes things.
  9. It's probably your eyebrow shape. Look at what you're currently wearing and locate the eyebrow shape. Right click on it, then choose Edit. One of the elements you can edit is the hair volume (you may need to scroll down to find it - As I'm not inworld right now, I can't check where it is exactly). Set it to 0 and save. The transparency around your head should now have disappeared.
  10. I try to remain under 100K as it's the limit for some events which enforce a complexity limit. Like Charalyne, my average is between 40K and 70K but some of my latest outfits are under 30K with mesh body/head and clothes.
